I recently was placing an out of state order for delivery in Hinsdale & called Phillip’s Flowers. I spoke to Allison who patiently answered all my questions as I looked for seasonal flowers with an English garden flavor. The flowers were delivered the same day; they were beautiful & exactly what I hoped they would be! Great service & beautiful flowers!

New to town and this will not be my go to florist. Such poor customer service. Cut me off when I tried to ask a simple question, made me wait more than 15 minutes, and then was so dismissive when she finally made time for me

Great service! The delivery happened at the perfect time as requested and the flowers were gorgeous and very attentively wrapped. It was an orchid which my mom unwrapped while on FaceTime with me and it was stunning. She was very pleased. The pot was great as well. Thank you so much!
