  All I have to do is tell y,all I have been with this co for about 20 years they are very nice and accommodating the new offices are very nice and welcoming if u need insurance go to Phil

  A cracked windshield set me on a small journey, from getting a replacement, going in to State Farm with my replacement paper giving the information that it was done. Isabel noticed that I had not had the recalibration done on the windshield. I was under the impression that all it monitored was the auto setting of the windshield wipers on a rainy day. Living here in the desert, I didn’t feel in need for it so I told her I was happy to skip it. Isabel insisted I go get the calibration done. It turned out, that calibration was also safety monitors for the car and could make the difference between life and death. After finding this out I went to my dealership, had all the calibrations done. Took the new form back and was reimbursed for everything. Thank you so much Isabel for your conscientiousness. It could’ve saved State Farm a little bit of money if I didn’t do the second part (because it ended up costing more than the windshield itself). But your care for the customer outweigh your desire to save some money for the company. This is the reason I use Phil Goodge State Farm.

  Isabella walked me through my auto insurance needs. Deductibles etc and made sure I got my insurance in time for Ca requirements. She did a great job!

  Let me tell you about the customer service i experienced with State Farm when I called for a quote. It was FANTASTIC! I spoke with Monica and she was full of information and answers for all of questions I had about a life insurance policy I was looking for a quote for my father in law. The quote that I received was a very fair price and offer for the age my father in law is and what he was looking for. Monica is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. I felt very confident and trusting with her knowing that if I am going to sign onto a policy with state farm I can trust in getting everything done with Monica. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and confident in all of my policy needs.
