  Been with PGC for three years- they have always been very good about scheduling, customer service, and on time delivery. If you are looking for quality I would recommend them! Only four stars as the customer service lacks empathy- haven’t been to my property in a while due to cancer and fire burning my property and driver can’t get in due to the gate being locked… mentioned this to the receptionist and there was so sympathy or even acknowledgment of what I said. Seemed very cold…. But- they are ok waiting to do a delivery until I’m available to unlock the gate. Customer service training on being empathetic and kind might want to be considered by the management. Kindness and understanding can go a long way,

  Called during business day on September 7 at 2:50 pm. They were closed before their business hours. Whoever is in charge must take a better responsibility over the staff. You supposed to be close at 3 pm, why did you close as early as 2:50??? Very disappointed.
