Hello and welcome, I am excited to tell you about myself and my company PHD Heating & Cooling.
I am originally from Ukraine, where I earned my PHD in Technical Sciences, and became a "Professor of Heating & Air Conditioning" and lecturer.
Now I have been here for 10 years as a licensed HVAC contractor. I am happy to be here and offer my services and expertise to this community.

- TRTerrance RogersJul 12, 20251.0The technician did not tell me how much it costs to add freon, he just told me mine was low and that I needed some and asked me did I want it, I said yes. Afterwards he gives me a bill for $500.00 for 2.5lbs of freon and his service fee. I was shocked, he charged 375.00 to add 2.5lbs of freon. I would not have agreed to it if I knew it would be that much. He didn't check the system for leaks to determine why the freon was low, and when I asked him about he said he didn't check it because the pressure test would be more money. What? I will never use him again and I do not recommend his company for service. He was even over 30 min late for the appt when I clearly told him I had to go to work. Bad service

Responsive, and brutally honest, and will not try to upsell you. I even asked if my furnace needed to be replaced and he said “no, it was just poorly installed. We can work with it.” I knew them Dymetrov was my guy. He is very fair, and does great work, super knowledgeable. I even had his company come back to clean my vents and did an excellent job. I had my furnace go out when it was 20 degrees outside and I was going out of town. He came back at 9pm to finish the job to allay my concerns about my pipes freezing! Top notch. Don’t call anyone else—you’re wasting your time, and will pay too much.
