Selling precious metals can sometimes feel intimidating, but they went above and beyond to create an environment that was both professional and friendly We came in with silver to sell and honestly didn’t know what to expect. Jill and (and trent on the phone) took the time to explain the process in detail - how the evaluation works, what factors affect value, and how they ensure you’re getting a fair and honest price. We learned so much in such a short amount of time, and it never once felt rushed. They were patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything What really stood out was how easy they made the entire experience. Everything was transparent, from the testing to the pricing, and there was no pressure at any point. It’s rare to walk away from a transaction like this not only feeling satisfied, but also grateful for how much knowledge you gain in the process. That’s exactly how we felt when we left Jill and Trent are true professionals who combine expertise with kindness, and that’s what makes all the difference. We left not just with money in hand, but also with complete confidence that we were treated with integrity and respect.
