  I recently visited the PFK on Victoria Avenue in Montreal during the long weekend October 12th. As an employee of PFK in Ontario, I was disappointed by the lack of adherence to food safety protocols. On my first visit in the morning, I noticed an older worker packing food without gloves and wearing jewelry (earrings and a necklace). As part of PFK's policies, jewelry is not allowed in food preparation or packing for safety reasons. The cashier, however, was very respectful and kindly asked for feedback. When I declined, she was understanding and also was not wearing any jewelry. On my second visit that evening, the same cashier was present, but I saw two other workers packing food. Again, one was wearing jewelry while packing, which is against the standard procedures I know as an employee. It’s concerning that managers are not enforcing these policies, and I feel this needs to be addressed. If this continues, it may be necessary to report it to CFIA for public health concerns.

  Je me suis rendu à la succursale de cote des neiges et l'ont m'a servi de très mauvaise manière. Le poulet n'était pas frais et il était sur le contour pendant un certain moment et lorsque je me suis plaint on m'a traité de folle et que si je n'étais pas contente que j'aille cuisiner chez moi. Ce nest pas la premiere fois que quelque chose comme cela se produit dans cette succursale.On m'a aviser que le spécial n'allait plus être en vigueur et que bientôt j'allais devoir payer plus cher.

  I have a pickup order from this PFK on Uber Eats, and one of the Indian employees used his bare hands instead of utensils to place my fried chicken into the box. They didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with this behavior, and the employee wasn’t wearing a hairnet or beard cover — it’s unbelievable and disgusting

  Good service. The staffs are really friendly and food tastes good. Highly recommended ❤️
