My name is Dr. Megan Garrison and I own PetVet365 Wilkins Township in Pittsburgh, PA along with Dr. Kristen Ostrosky. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

Absolutely love the idea of waiting in a private room instead of a waiting room. The other vet I used to bring her to now mostly has drop off and I don't like the idea of my cats staying longer than they should at the vet. I didn't feel pressured into doing a million expensive tests like at other places either. Will absolutely bring my pets there from now on.

I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such a pleasant experience! These folks are as legit as it gets!!! They were so SO very kind & genuine.. I love my dog like I love my children & these folks get it! My li’l Sage had to have surgery & it’s later in life for her so I was so very worried but they were so confident & I felt the compassion when speaking to the vet, I just knew she was gonna be ok & she is! Better than ever!!! Thank you Petvet 365 for saving my doggies life! Words can’t describe my gratitude! God bless you!!!
- JSJulie SawlsvilleAug 12, 20255.0I've taken all of my cats here over the last few years. I love that PetVet365 is open on weekends. They have great availability for appointments and I can usually get my cats in to be seen same day or the next day. When we get there we get to go straight into our room so there's no opportunity for waiting room drama. The vets always see my cats in the room. They used to take them in the back for their exams and I am glad they they have switched to just seeing them in the room. All of my cats are big mummy's babies and cooperate the best when they stay with me. PetVet365 has done dentals on two of my cats and they have been so supportive after the procedures. My cat wasn't quite right after her recent dental and they had me bring her in on a Sunday and ended up staying late to see her and make sure she was okay. This vet is a little bit pricey but their availability and set up is unmatched.
