Everyone in the practice is very helpful and kind. The waiting area was quite comfortable. I like that at every step pricing is explained. The quality of care is great.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided at the Terminal location. My cat was having issues with his paws and I was able to get right in. They were so accommodating, from being able to schedule online and the convenience of being able to text with questions. His issue cleared right up and he’s back on his feet. Thank you

The office was really amazing and made my kitten feel very comfortable, the staff was also just as amazing and nice my compliment is I rescued a kitten and she was healing from a botfly wound I mentioned this to the vet she never really examined the area, my kitten ending up having complications and we took her to another vet with a visit that cost this price I expect things to be looked over properly

Frankie and I switched to seeing Dr. Naumann in June 2025. She was already battling Cushing's and had an unmanageable corneal ulcer. Every member of this team, from front reception, to tech assistant was so kind and patient with us from the begging to end of every visit, which there were a lot of. They were able to make planning for the end of life transition manageable. Dr. Naumann was especially candid, in the most companionate way. Her transparency allowed me to make the proper arrangements so that when the time came, we were prepared. She was even able to fit us in same day and she sat with us while the rainbow bridge was crossed. From the cost perspective, it's on the steeper side. However, the service and comfort for such a vulnerable time made coming to this practice priceless. Thank you all so much for everything!
