Thank God for Dr. Ashley and her tech! This was my first experience here and we we were stressed due to circumstances of our visit. They were very caring, empathetic and respectful of me and my pet. This line of work is not for the faint of heart, so thank you so much for all you do!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr Smith and her team are absolutely wonderful! Appointments are easy to make online and can communicate via text. They were able to take our cat in and be seen quickly, so patient and kind , great communication and upfront about everything which is always appreciated! Thank you again, we will be back!

BE AWARE- THIS CLINIC USES AI SERVICES. A program called "happydocai" is used during the session to record everything that is said, and provide a summary after the fact. There is no reason to use a program like this if you're doing your job in the first place. After I requested for the AI to stop recording us, and the nurse left the room, I was left to wait for around 25 minutes, which is negligible and not unheard of, but when I went up front to ask how much longer it would be, she went into the back to check and they came right on out. So what was I waiting on? During this unexplainable wait, I hear a complaint from a customer up front. They mixxed up the meds for his dog and gave him either the wrong pills, or the wrong bottle. Either way, a mix up occurred and this man did not receive the right service. So I was already pretty weary at this point, to hear something like this on top of the unnecessary AI use, and then afterwards the odd experience of seemingly being forgotten and needing to remind them that I was there. When the doctor came in to examine my pet, she seemed very unsure as to what it could be, and suggested asthma. I have been trying to figure out my cat's respiratory issues for years, and every other professional I have seen said it was Not asthma, including the professional I saw directly after this. When I mentioned the sneezing fits and greenish-clear snot, she conceded it was probably not asthma in that case. It was a lazy suggestion, and all treatment plans presented to me after the fact felt jumbled, unconfident, and unfocused. They wrote me a $400 estimate for treatments that had not been decided on yet by the doctor, including a steriod injection and prescription that they seemed to be throwing at the wall as a "see how shes responds." The injection was meant to last 24hrs, and be continued by pill. It was a blatant upcharge and unnecessary escalation to a product i was specifically told may suppress her immune system, and may not actually treat the symptoms she is having. My pet is the sickest she has ever been in her life, and i am very worried about her. I did not take lightly to the idea of suppressing her immune system in the name of "seeing what works," when they could not even give me a clear diagnosis for what they were trying to treat. Because I was worried about my cat's breathing, I ended up taking her to an urgent care. Where i was told here that an x ray of her lungs would cost $670, at the URGENT CARE, I was quoted $170. The space is extremely nice, comforting and ammenable, but thats about all it has going for it. You're paying the price elsewhere, including in the exorbitant costs. Walking through the door just to be seen is going to run you about $90. A fee i was made to pay despite refusing service and canceling anything in motion, for around 15 minutes of chatting and a few close glances at my cat. The rest of the hour and some i was there was spent waiting. I do NOT want feedback or a response, I simply posted this review in hopes it will help other clients and pet owners. Unless you are going to offer me a refund, it is useless to reply to this review.

I've been taking our dogs to vets for 30 years. Scheduled appointments and emergent visits brought us to the same dreary cold waiting room. This place is not like that. As soon as you go in you get your own room with a couch, a rug, and ours had a TV on with a bunch of birds chirping away. Our dog was almost immediately relaxed. We really never had to leave that room they even took our payment and just brought us back the receipt. When we were ready we just walked out. The staff, nurse, and doctor were very friendly and explained everything in detail about what was going on with our doggy. Highly recommend, this is a different type of vet for sure.
