My name is Dr. Megan Garrison and I own PetVet365 Fox Chapel in Pittsburgh, PA. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.
We offer the very best veterinary care for dogs and cats - general care, urgent care, laser therapy, immunotherapy, behavioral care, dental care, blood work, vaccinations, x-rays, surgery, physical therapy, and anything else your pet needs!

- SES EllOct 12, 20251.0Went In for an 11 am appointment was there for an hour and a half and only got to talk to people for 10 minutes wanted to charge me 700 dollars for X-rays because there vets can't read X-rays and they must be sent out to a specialist to read. So if my dog had a fractured leg and they could see it on the X-rays this place is still going to charge you more because they have some kick back deal with a specialist to always read X-rays that's a scummy scammy practice got charged 90 dollars for a hour and a half visit for 10 minutes of veterinarian knowledge if you could call it that.

The before we had a HORRIBLE experience at a local emergency vet who basically brushed us off. The ER vet at first didnt know why we were there because our dog looked fine, but after they did bloodwork, basically said to put our dog down. After 6 hours of waiting to be seen, then given 20 minutes to make a decision to put our dog down, we left. Found PetVet365 open and on a holiday and they fit us it!!!! Dr. Garrison was SO compassionate and refused to give up. She gave us hope and now over a year later, our 11 year old dog is happy and healthy. We’ve had many visits since then, and every experience is amazing. All of the staff members are so caring and also the other vets in the office who we’ve had the opportunity to meet in prior visits. They know our dog by name and welcome us every time we are there. Thank you Dr Garrison and team. Thank you to the vet tech Champagne who is always so sweet. Thank you to Angel who took my phone call that day.
