  My almost 4 yr old dog has multiple chronic health conditions. PetVet365 Harrodsburg Rd just saved him yet again! What they don't know, they research, or consult specialists about. The fear-free policy and at-home like rooms and furniture make my dogs feel safe, comfortable, and more confident. The vets and techs are friendly and patient and address all my concerns. My healthy dog loves all the delicious treats she gets there! She just had a broken tooth removed, and is happier and more playful than ever! They even have snacks for humans! Best vet office I've ever known! The pictures: she'd already had whipped cream to get her weight because she's usually terrified of any size scale, but doesn't mind it at all with their treats. The peanut butter and whipped cream were not being withheld, they just arrived, and my girl was putting on her best begging face. They also have all kinds of regular treats made for dogs.

  My pup had his paw injured and they were able to get me in on Labor Day. The private rooms are really useful especially since Yoda does not do well with others. Yoda enjoyed the waiting room. The vet was quick and got us on our way, Yoda healed very well on his antibiotics and is back to jumping around the house. Thank you.

  I found this veterinary practice after searching for a fear free facility for our anxious dog. From the moment you arrive the process is seamless. No waiting room or seeing any other pets. Honey exam rooms with tons of treats and a pup cup for the patient. The doctor got on the floor with him to do the exam to ease his nerves. We have seen two providers at this location and were very happy with both. They were thorough and suggested things to keep his health in top shape without being pushy. Highly recommend to all dog parents, especially those with anxious pups.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Martin and the entire team at PetVet365! Dr. Martin is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She always takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about both her patients and their humans. Whether it's routine checkups or the occasional health scare, I always leave feeling reassured and confident that Einstein is in the best hands possible. The clinic is clean, modern, and so welcoming. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and clearly well-trained — they go above and beyond to make every visit stress-free.   Dr. Dawes was born to help animals!! She was so loving and empathetic to my extremely anxious bully/pit. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and her assistant Pete, was instantly loved by my Piper!!! I highly recommend PetVet365 and will continue to trust them to provide for my precious little girl!!!
