Very kind and loving staff at this location. We were grateful they could assist us with our dog Roux a couple weeks ago.

I just had my second visit here and they were great both times. The Dr had my Dane relieved of itching within an hour of being home and he took a hard nap… finally. Thank you

This was honestly one of, if not the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a Vet. When booking my appt, they got me in super quick. From the moment I walked in they were incredibly welcoming to both myself & to my (VERY hyper, pet-insisting) doodle, named Zeke. Now, as friendly as he is, this is usually a trait of Zeke’s that makes me very anxious when bringing him places… But let I tell u, every single staff member he encountered took the time to pet him & give him tons of their time/love (which just made his whole day). This immediately made me more comfortable. I can’t rave about the staff enough. Rachel, the assistant that worked with Zeke & I was the absolute best part of our experience! She bonded with Zeke, was VERY informed, open to any/all questions I had, and went out of her way to over-inform me in attempt to alleviate my obvious angst (bc Zeke hasn’t been on any preventative-meds for about a year now). After all my questions, she did a price breakdown for me, asking if that worked for me before moving forward. This, I really appreciated. Seeing as most places I’ve encountered will just tell u what they’re doing & bill u afterwards at the counter. It was a pretty reasonable price imo, based on all of the tests & vaccines he was having administered. I am so glad that I lucked out in finding Pet365 and the people that work there, seeing as I just moved to this area & had to take a gamble! Highly recommend- we will definitely be lifelong customers!

We brought our cats here a few times when they were kittens. Dr. Brooks is amazing but the other couple vets we’ve seen have been ok. One of our cats got sick a couple weeks ago. We called as soon as they opened that day and they could not get her in. We took her to an urgent care vet and they were amazing. They were patient and did all treatment in the room with me present to comfort her. This week, our other cat started getting the same symptoms. We took her in. They gave her fluids, an antibiotic shot, and a steroid shot. In the past, they have done everything in the room here with Dr. Brooks but this time, they insisted on taking her to the back for everything. They did her exam back there as well as her treatment. I didn’t like that because this vet is supposed to be fear free and I would’ve loved to be there with my cat. They told us to call the next day if she wasn’t improving. The next day she still wasn’t better. We wanted to take her to the original urgent care vet but decided not to. We ended up bringing her back here since they already saw her. We called not long after they opened and got a 3:00 appointment. They called back asking if we could do a drop off visit so “the vet could have more time with her”. I get her there and the tech says “we will get to her when we have time”. In that case, I would’ve just kept my 3:00 appointment because she made me feel like we were being a burden. My cat seemed nervous when we got there which is unlike her. She loves new people and we’ve had no problems with her being shy before. I told them we didn’t want $280 blood work because I didn’t think it would change the treatment but they insisted. They called back and said the blood work showed exactly what they expected (infection) and they didn’t learn anything new from it so why did they even insist on running it? We agreed on giving her fluids and sending her home with a couple medicines. I asked when I could pick her up and they said they’d call when she was ready around an hour. An hour and a half later, I finally got ahold of them via text to pick her up. My other cat at home was stressing without her here and I’m sure my cat is stressing being there in a kennel. I picked her up and they tell me they couldn’t do fluids because she “got spicy”. That’s very weird because they gave her fluids the day before and it was fine. The vet even said “she could’ve benefited from them but she got spicy” My husband and I agreed we will not be returning here again. We should’ve just gone to the urgent care in the first place.
