  The best best vet clinic I ever found! Dr Genine and the staffs are wonderful! My Brownie loves them! The comfy rooms, the dog treats everything is so perfect! Dr Genine is so good with the kids! She loves them a lot! Handles with care! Less medications but works wonders! A must vet clinic to go if your baby needs to see a doctor! Thank you for being there for Brownie! She woofs you all! ♥️

  Wow! Passed by this gem one day and decided to bring my fur baby in and the experience was TOP NOTCH! Dr. Genine Ervin Smith and her staff are AMAZING! They are welcoming, kind and knowledgeable! Coco Brown Suga loved the clinic atmosphere, toys and treats! She had to get an injection and it went without a hitch because of the trust she had established! I can count on her care here and I recommend anyone looking for a vet to bring their fur babies here too!!! 😊

  The staff here are absolutely wonderful! I brought our foster dog Sam III in to update his vaccines, and they were so sweet and gentle with him. Their rooms feel more like cozy living rooms, which made him so much more comfortable compared to our last vet. We’ll definitely be coming back—probably with a few of our other pups too! ✨ Update: Just a few days later, I scheduled an appointment for our dog Piper, and once again, they were amazing with her. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place—such a great experience every time! 🐾💙

  I have genuinely never been to a vet that 1) has a cat only room (and I've been to "cat friendly" vets) 2) will let your cat roam around the room to get settled 3) will have the vet tech ask you which treats your cat prefers and 4) has successfully gotten my cat out from under her hiding space without grabbing her. We came in a few months ago assuming she had had a seizure, I was panicked and was calling them asking tons of questions about pricing and if we could come in the next hour. The staff was very kind and informative and when the vet determined that she was completely fine (just irritated with something in the home), she offered to do her wellness exam and vaccines since those were almost due. My cat was hiding under the couch right before the vet came in and once she did, she got on the floor and patiently waited for her to come out from under the couch...which she did!! She came right out meowing and walked right up to her to rub all over her haha. We were only charged for a regular checkup and vaccines and spared the emergency fee since it turned out to not be an emergency. I can confidently say that we have found a trusted vet in DFW after some horrid experiences with her past vets who very clearly hate cats. Dr. Ervin-Smith and her team will go above and beyond to show your cat care and make sure they're comfortable, and I cannot say enough good things about them.
