I took my dog for a well visit last month. She is a healthy 4 year old dog with no medical issues. First, we were there for 90 minutes and spent about 5 minutes with the vet total and another 10 with a tech in a glass waiting room without so much as an exam table The rest of the time we spent waiting. We were not given an estimate of the proposed charges because they were having computer issues but the tech attempted to walk through various options and charges after I declined the annual membership model, but no clear information was provided. At the conclusion of our visit, the total for her annual exam and shots was $693!! They were unable to provide an itemized receipt and did not have success collecting her urine for testing. I was sent home with a collection kit. I collected her urine and fecal sample and dropped them off the next day, since I assumed I had already paid for it. I received a phone call within a few days saying the samples were lost?! At this point, I have asked again for an itemized bill and was sent the same receipt with a grand total and no breakdown. I disposed of the collection materials and did not want to hassle with collecting samples again. I have since asked yet again for an itemized statement via email with no success. Overall it was one of the worst vet experiences I have encountered. The vet was "fine" but spent about 2 minutes looking at my dog. The facility was questionable and the prices outlandish. Losing a collected and labeled sample was just adding insult to injury. Profit-driven, low touch and disorganized... I highly recommend you look elsewhere for kind and competent veterinary care.

We love PetVet365! There are not many Fear Free vets, especially if something pops up on the weekend. With my very fearful and reactive girl, they’ve quickly become a favorite. The ER can be a scary place for her so we try to avoid going there unless something really concerning is going on. Our regular vet is Fear Free but they aren’t open on the weekends, and even during the week it isn’t always easy to get in quickly, especially with my dog’s preferred vet only being in once a week and her needing a longer appointment time due to requiring sedation. We have seen Dr. Mercer (who knows my dog’s vet) twice and Dr. Cannon once. Each time, we’ve been able to get in same or next day. They are so wonderful in respecting her and trying to make her feel as safe as possible, which is very challenging for her as she doesn’t trust other people in general, let alone when they want to touch her. And I love Dr. Mercer’s holistic approach — she really wants the whole picture and not just the specific symptoms that brought us in, because she understands how interrelated seemingly opposite things can be. Obviously we never want unplanned vet visits, but this will continue to be our go-to place should the need arise.

Wow. I was blown away by this place. I have a reactive dog who is fearful in vet offices and acts aggressive. I just moved here and I had a great fear free certified vet where I was at, but this place completely exceeded all of my expectations. My dog has *never* been so calm and comfortable in a vets office! The office is even set up like a living room. The staff were so kind and patient and listened attentively to all of my concerns. I feel so lucky to live near this office!! I know my pup is in good hands.

My dog was having some serious eye issues over the weekend. Our normal vet was unavailable but PetVet365 was there for us. He improved significantly within 24 hours of being seen/treated. And their team took the time to follow up with us a day after to make sure he was doing well/better. Answered all of our questions and treated our situation with concern and individual attention. Heavily recommended their emergency/walk-in services!
