  I love PetVet365. My puppy deals with a lot of anxiety, and they are incredibly gentle and patient with her. There is no forcing her to do something, they are very skilled with anxious dogs and absolutely live up to the fear free approach. Dr. German, Max, and Lindsay are absolutely amazing, as well as the other staff I can’t remember the names of. Not only is their vet care wonderful, they follow-up and provide education and resources. Everyone is so personable and the environment is set up like a cozy living room. I love that they have appointments available on the weekends as well. If you’re looking for a new vet, especially if your animals are anxious, I would absolutely recommend checking them out!

  Can't thank Dr. Leticia German and her team at Pet365 enough. They make the vet experience extremely relaxing and inviting for us and our dog, Lux. Traditionally, our dog requires trazadone and a muzzle to make it through any visit. However, with Dr. German and her team they make the experience calming and pleasant and hasn't been needed since we started coming here. Through multiple visits with them, we've been able to work through our dogs gut and allergy difficulties and appreciate the knowledge they have brought to the table. Highly recommend Dr. Leticia German and her staff!

  I can not even tell you how Dr. German and her team have helped me and my pups. I was having a really hard time with their ear infections and just getting no where with a company I had been going to for years and years and was starting to look for a new Vet and PetVet 365 came into my life when I needed it most, I was at my wits end. We even had an emergency visit before the actual visit because my puppy Kevin cut his chest somehow. Not only did they take great care of him and Ralphie, they helped me remain somewhat calm. I am never going anywhere else. Thanks Team!!

  I am so relieved to have found this place - Going to the vet in prior years has been so stressful on my dog, but coming here is starting to be enjoyable for her! Although still needing to do a sedated exam (which is totally reasonable given her anxiety levels at this time) I can already see the progress she has made due to the kindness and patience of the entire staff. We have been in for a few "happy visits" which are a huge help in gaining trust for my dog and viewing the vet as a not-so-scary place to come. She now gets excited to come in and have all the love and treats from the vet techs! I also love that my other dog can tag along (who is not anxious at all) and seems to help her feel more comfortable in the already cozy rooms. She recently had a dental cleaning that went great as well, they took great care of her and updated me on everything needed throughout the day. I love how kind and patient Dr. German and the whole team are, the empathy and understanding of dogs like mine and time taken to help gain trust and comfort has been amazing. It is such a huge relief that I can take my dog to the vet regularly again knowing she will be so much more comfortable! They also let you know all costs up-front and are very transparent about costs in general. It has been a great investment for my dog to come here, and I am sure she will progress even more as time goes on coming here. I am forever grateful for how this place operates and Dr. German and the entire vet tech team, and very excited to be able to bring my dogs here, June and Jack are also thankful for you!

  We took our Ivy baby to Dr. German because she was sick. This place is the place to bring your fur baby. From the second I set up the appointment, all the way to walking out the door. These guys are very thorough at explaining what results are in tearms I could understand. Ivy felt really yucky with stomach issues and right away she was relaxing in her own little area away from the stressful traffic of other pet hospitals. She feels much better now and we are a forever grateful for the amazing service and kindness we experienced here. We recommend this wonderful place to bring your fur babies in need.
