  The office is set up to keep everyone calm and things running smoothly. The care is compassionate and thorough. We took out sick cat,Tee, there for testing , treatment and later to be euthanized. The communication with the office staff was excellent.

  I took my dog El Jefe to Pet Vet 365 for the first time yesterday after hearing great things from several rescue groups I work with. As a canine behaviorist and trainer who specializes in force-free methods, it’s incredibly important to me that my vet’s approach aligns with the same humane, trust-based principles I use with dogs. Our previous vet visit elsewhere had been rough... a vet tech manhandled El Jefe so forcefully that it set his training back and made him fearful about going to the vet. I decided to make a change, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the experience at Pet Vet 365 was calm and thoughtfully structured. You don’t see or hear other dogs in the lobby, which really helps lower stress for sensitive dogs. We were greeted and helped right away... no long waiting room experience, just a smooth, low-stress transition into the exam room. The staff and vet were kind, patient, and gentle. They took the time to let El Jefe get comfortable, listened to my observations, confirmed his joint stiffness and hip discomfort, and handled him respectfully throughout. They also performed a thorough wellness check since we were establishing care... including bloodwork and a fecal test... and explained everything clearly along the way. It was honestly such a relief to see veterinary professionals who prioritize empathy, consent, and comfort for their patients. I left feeling confident that El Jefe is in good hands and that this will be a safe, positive place for him moving forward. Highly recommend Pet Vet 365 to anyone looking for compassionate, force-free veterinary care.

  Wonderful practice! Caring, knowledgeable professionals who really took the time with my dog and explained a difficult and dangerous potential diagnosis really clearly. I left educated and reassured. This is a top notch vet practice!

  Dr. Lowery treated a serious abrasion on my dog’s paw. I’m so impressed by this veterinary clinic! Communication was unmatched and Dr. Lowery’s knowledge and compassion was clearly evident. He is so easy to talk to and makes you feel everything is going to be okay. This is a fear fee clinic and is so impressive. I highly recommend them!

  I can’t say enough good things about PetVet365 in Highlands Ranch! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about animals. Dr. Lowery took the time to thoroughly examine my pet, explain everything in detail, and answer all my questions without rushing. What really stood out was the genuine care and compassion they showed; not just toward my pet, but toward me as a concerned pet parent. The clinic is clean, organized, and well-equipped, and the staff made sure both my pet and I felt at ease throughout the visit. Thanks to their expert care. I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet’s health. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and truly caring veterinarian!
