The positives first. I love the vets, the vet techs, and the facility is awesome. There have been some long wait times when I had appointment, but I've experienced that with other vets too. They also use an in-house online pharmacy, and they charge $15 for each written Rx. They have indicated that this helps support their small business. PetVet365 is not alone in taking this approach. I also understand that the intention behind this shift, ostensibly, for many vets, is to support patient adherence, improve convenience, and maintain the financial health of the practice. These are all valuable goals, and I appreciate the effort to enhance care for my furry friends. However, I do have concerns from the perspective of a client about this pharmacy policy. The increased cost of medications through the in-house pharmacy, combined with the fee for providing a written prescription, creates a financial burden for pet owners who are trying to balance quality care with affordability, especially when veterinary costs have spiked so drastically in the last few years. For many, this limits access to competitive pricing from other trusted pharmacies, which can feel restrictive for pet owners rather than supportive, and may actually prevent some pet owners from providing the rx their pet needs because they may not be able to afford it. Pets are being surrendered in high numbers to shelters because pet owners can no longer afford veterinary care, and the cost of prescriptions is part of that. Additionally, the policy unintentionally places a strain on clients’ ability to manage medications efficiently, especially when alternative pharmacies, such as Chewy, Petsmart, Walgreens, or CVS, are more convenient or better equipped for certain medications and have drastically better pricing for the consumer. While I understand the intent is to support their veterinary practice, these unintended effects can ultimately reduce the overall accessibility and satisfaction for clients. Furthermore, it places additional burden on pharmacies that typically serve human patients with their medications. These pharmacies and pharmacists are overworked in our healthcare system already, and now there is an added influx of pet prescriptions because of this trend in the veterinary industry. I truly value the care for my pets and the relationship I have started with PetVet365. My goal in sharing this feedback is simply to provide perspective on how this policy affects clients, to share the information with customers considering using the practice, and, hopefully, to encourage consideration of approaches that balance practice needs with accessibility and affordability for pet owners.

Great experience. I like the privacy you have when you bring your pet in thanks to their private rooms. They are great for the pets and comfy for the humans. Service was great overall.

This vet is amazing! Not only are the assistants. Wonderful to work with but the owner lead vet is just as amazing. They listen. They care they do take their time and my favorite part is they are very clear in their communications and they're not afraid to go over all the details. I feel that this location gives me and my animal 100% of themselves, their knowledge and their guidance. Whereas the vet that I've had for many years now does not articulate very well and it seems very automated. Because of this, I am integrating each of my animals to PetVet365 office In Claremont even though it's almost an hour from my house. I would rather my fur babies get 100% care that's based in love and knowledge rather than in just pushing a product and or rushing them out the door so they can get to the next client. Thank you ladies! Thank you so much for all that you've done for me and my family!

I cannot recommend PetVet365 enough! I have a senior cat, who is very anxious, but especially when going to the vet. The fear free approach of this office was exactly what he needed and worth every penny. From the moment they brought us into our suite, I could tell that this was going to be a good experience. But I was truly blown away when Dr. Dworek came into the room and just sat on the ground and let Jack acclimate to her without forcing him out of his comfort zone. She sat and talked with me about him/his history and let him come out from under the little couch on his own terms, and he absolutely loved her from that moment on. She was very informative and eased any concerns I had about him, and they were very transparent about what they recommended for his wellness visit since he is a senior. Both her and the tech I interacted with showed a genuine love and care for my baby’s wellbeing. I will say it is not going to be the “cheapest” vet in the area, but for the level of care received… you really can’t put a price on that. I’m so happy we found a home at PetVet365. ❤️ Also worth adding, Jack was a little lethargic today due to his vaccines (the day after his appt) and as a worried mama, I inquired about bringing him back in. They eased my mind and informed me about what is normal post-vaccine and what to look out for. That care alone is worth more than I can put into words. I am so thankful for this team.
