My name is Dr. Amber Hickson and I own PetVet365 Hyde Park in Cincinnati, OH along with Dr. Katie Smith. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

We had an incident where our dog encountered a skunk and we realized our dog wasn’t up to date on her distemper shot, so we were eager to get her in to get her shot as soon as possible. The person who helped us on the phone went above and beyond to get information for us as well as get us scheduled- on a holiday weekend no less! My husband, who doesn’t notice anything, commented on how clean and nice the office was. Even though this office is thirty minutes from our house we are considering moving our dog to this practice because the experience was night and day different than our current vet. Thanks for your help!

PetVet did everything electronically and got me an appointment as soon as they could the next day, the other place said they could get me in in September. PetVet had a wonderful office with rooms for cats to enjoy, the staff was wonderful, and the prices were affordable. I'm so glad to have them close by.

- JMJosef M.Jul 17, 20251.0I'm highly disappointed. What could and should have been a quick appointment with my two small dogs turned into over 2 hours. My dogs did not receive treatment. No vaccinations, boosters, nothing done. Charged approximately $30 a piece for examinations. Over $60.00 for nothing but wasting my time stressing my dogs. Former veterinary technician, this place has a poor understanding of priorities with getting animals in and out quickly to lessen the stress. Do not recommend it.
