  The staff is great and the doctor is so good! We are on vacation and needed to get vaccines updated for boarding and they got us in quickly and so caring !! I highly recommend this clinic !! Thank you Staff!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience! This was hands down the most thoughtful and cat-friendly vet visit I've ever had. The exam room itself was amazing – it was clearly designed with a cat's comfort in mind, complete with a climbing tree, toys, and even a TV playing videos of birds and squirrels. When my cat was scared, I sat on the floor with him, and the veterinarian came in and immediately joined us there. She was so gentle and patient, talking to him calmly and slowly easing into the exam. She even moved the scale onto the floor to weigh him so he wouldn't have to get on the table. One of the most impressive things was their approach to treatment. After explaining everything clearly and providing the cost upfront, they asked to take him to a different room for his shot. Their reasoning was that they didn't want him to associate the exam room with a negative experience, which I thought was brilliant and incredibly considerate. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even followed up with a text the next day to check on him. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be bringing my other cat here for any future needs. A truly exceptional level of care!

  Eddie, my Miniature Schnauzer, was stung by an underground nest of hornets, instantly crippling him with Anaphylaxis. His caretaker rushed him to Pet Vet 365, which was closed at the time. She pounded on the door, and they let her in immediately. The team took him to the back without hesitation and began working on him. He was limp and lifeless with a faint pulse and hardly a hint of a heartbeat. They truly worked as a team. When I arrived, I got to go to the back to be with Eddie. While I held the oxygen mask on, pet him, and told him I love him, I got to witness teamwork, empathy, professionalism, and determination. Even when things looked dire, Dr. Lambert was a consistent problem-solver. She realized that Eddie might require a plasma transfusion because his blood wasn’t clotting as it should. Knowing that MedVet would be able to provide that service, the goal became to stabilize him enough to get him there. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lambert and the the team at Pet Vet 365. They saved my Schnauzer’s life, and I’m forever grateful.

  Nicole and Eric were out of this world amazing with our boys today. They were so respectful of their boundaries and did everything they could to make them as comfortable as possible. we brought our orange kitty to his first ever visit and he was uncomfortable and upset-but they understood exactly what was going on and treated him accordingly. He completely turned around by the end of the visit. He loved the toys and churu treats despite being superrrrr nervous and out of his element. They are also incredibly supportive of financial aspects. Very understanding and respectful. Definitely a mainstay vet office.
