  I brought my buddy Milo, the cat, in because he suddenly developed a lump on his back. They were able to get him in almost immediately. The staff were super helpful and nice. The room was great and inviting. Milo relaxed pretty quickly. Dr. Madoka Callicutt ran tests and was also able to get him his vaccines at the same time. When the results came back she explained everything very well and in depth. She also explored my options for treatment. After a round of antibiotics the lump went away and Milo is doing great. I definitely recommend PetVet365 in Boulder. Thanks!

  We had a wonderful experience. The staff and vet were very attentive to my dog's needs. The rooms were very clean and the check in process was efficient. I Definitely recommend a visit!

  I took my cat Jet in for an exam today and the PetVet team was so comforting and helpful. I met some of the PetVet team when they first opened and decided to try them for Jets recent medical needs (after having a bad experience with Jet’s previous vet) The environment was super friendly and Jet absolutely loved everyone. They were able to help Jet and made sure to examine her without causing any stress. I was able to play with her and give her treats while they ran tests. Jet was super comfortable the entire time. Dr. Hilliard made sure to go over all the costs with me before anything which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I love that I wasn’t separated from Jet at any point and the rooms are calming and comfortable for both owners and animals. In addition the PetVet team gave Jet so many yummy treats and even offered me coffee, water, and snacks! Overall this is a wonderful place for your animal care and I would recommend them to everyone!

  TL;DR: Highly, highly recommend for anxious pets, but excellent for general care too. We have a HIGHLY anxious dog who was having some issues days before a scheduled international trip. This was our last option before canceling our trip! My interaction with PetVet365 Boulder from the very first minute was kind, compassionate, encouraging and professional. So glad I gave them a chance where every other vet has not been able to provide care. They met us outside, gave my dog the space and time (and treats!) needed to settle (as much as she would). They accommodated us in their entry way as my dog would not go into a room. We all sat on the floor and thoroughly went over all our options. After treatment was decided, the entire staff gave their all to see it to completion, again with kindness, compassion and professionalism. This took WAY longer than normal, but they were dedicated to provide comprehensive care. I cannot recommend owner Dr Hilliard, Shelby and Maddy enough! 10 stars!

  Dr. Madoka & Dr Sarah and their team are our go to pet veterinarian in Boulder, CO. They offer preventative care and check ups for our pups, urgent care for accidents or health issues that need to be addressed. They are our go-to for dog emergency or dog health visits. They also know other great medical references for specialists. They have in house or lab testing. Thank you for treating our Bravo and other dogs. 5 star service and veterinary services.
