My second time with Pettigrew (different issues), impressed with their courtesy and knowledge both times. * first installed mechanism did not work with the older style flush handle; Trevor returned and replaced it next day. I got a text saying he was on his way about 20 minutes before the appointment, and he was there on time He seemed kind of young, and I was worried I was getting the B team if you know what I mean Much to Mike, pleasant surprise, he was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. You always worry that people are trying to rip you off, saying all kinds of things need to be done that really don’t. I know a little about HVAC systems and suggested that the circulation pump was bad. He could’ve run with that and Replaced it, without me thinking anything untoward about it, After all, I suggested that repair. He pointed out that it was a much simpler problem, and fixed it in minutes. He did suggest I replace the valve In question, but in no way tried to sell me on it, So I’m going to have it done on the subsequent visit because I trust him. When I schedule that replacement, I am going to specifically request him, although I suspect he’s not the only There I would feel that way about.

Will, Trevor, and Blake went above and beyond to make sure we understood their concerns and were comfortable with the recommendations they were suggesting. Acceptance of the estimates and scheduling the service was easy, they arrived on time, they were kind, and again, made sure we understood everything that was going on start to finish. Highly recommend Pettigrew given the knowledge and customer service of these three gentlemen, they will be our first call if we have any issues in the future.
