Their communication was great, they sent me photos of my big guy Apollo every day, which really put my mind at ease. It was so nice to see him relaxing on a sofa instead of a cement floor. I could tell he was comfortable and cared for the entire time. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy place for their pet!

The staff was great to deal with, pick-up and drop-off of our pup was easy and very convenient. During her stay we received a picture and update of how she was doing and she looked very relaxed and happy. She came home in good spirits and settled right in at home. We will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend them.

We have been using this service for years now and could not be more pleased. Now that our dog is older, she requires special food and they were able to accommodate this. Almost every day we received photographs of her and she was literally smiling! We feel so much better leaving our dog with a person in their home versus the kennel. She had such a great time, plenty of love, care and exercise….and I’m pretty sure she was spoiled. The entire process is very easy, and makes going away alot less stressful. She was picked up and dropped off right from our home. I would highly recommend ANDREW’s service and so would our fur baby!
