They also called to give me a 15 minutes notice and they showed up when they said they would. Everything was cleaned and the technicians were friendly and helpful. Additionally, after getting many quotes, Peterson’s had the best price and quickest in scheduling. I will definitely be using them again

We had an unfortunate incident this past weekend where 2 of our dogs were sprayed by a skunk at 6 AM Friday and ran back into this house....not a great start to the weekend. If you have ever been up close to something that has been sprayed, then you know it is nothing like roadkill. It is much more hideous and coats everything in close proximity. Peterson's dispatched a team to steam clean our first floor, wipe everything down and set up Restorators, which are basically a cross between the device used to trap ghosts in the movie Ghostbusters and a slice of heaven. Our home was completely transformed in less than 48 hours and the professionalism was second to none. Would not hesitate to call them again. A+++

My son is special needs and I park in the handicapped across from my gate. Again, there is no parking where they park. So they create an obstacle to get my son to my car as we have to walk around their truck and trailer. Today they had a tantrum when I asked them to move. Started slamming and banging stuff around. No biggie it’s their stuff.
