Dr.Lu was absolutely amazing! I called 12 different companies and even though it wasnt the least expensive i just really liked the way she spoke with me on the phone. She was very compassionate and so very helpful with the whole process of doing a at home rainbow bridge crossing. I highly recommend her! Thanks again!

Dr. Lu came on fairly short notice to help us get our 17 year old Wheaton across the rainbow bridge. She was very gentle and caring with our Chowder. She let us take our time to say goodbyes.

Dr Luanne came to help us to allow Fabuki cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge. She was so compassionate, respectful, informative and sincerely so understanding to our needs at this heartbreaking time. She was wonderful in every way…. We hope we won’t need to see her for decades with our whippet, but would highly recommend her to help you thru this awful time. She is absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Lu is amazing. She talked with my husband and me outside of her business hours, knowing that we were trying to make the very difficult and emotional decision to say farewell to our 15-yo dog. He was so special to us and Dr. Lu understood that and talked us through everything. Her communication was timely and kind. She came to our home and helped our boy cross Rainbow Bridge with respect, compassion, and expertise. I highly recommend her.

When I was struggling with one of the hardest decisions for my heart to make, Dr. Strom was amazing, supportive and compassionate. I appreciate her performing an assessment prior to transport, and when it was clear transport wouldn’t help the situation, she provided the information to me so I could make my own decisions on how to move forward. Once I made the decision to not transport, Dr. Strom explained what to expect and provided as much time as we needed to process what was happening.
Having multiple animals in the house, I truly believe having the end of life services performed at home, where all animals could also process what was happening, helped them handle the loss much better than I expected them too. The final sniff let them know the end had come.
If in need of these services, I would strongly recommend Dr. Strom for her professionalism and compassion.
