We’ve had several veterinarians over the years, but Dr Herman stands out as one of the most engaging, compassionate, and attentive vets we’ve ever worked with. From the moment we walk through the door, we are always greeted warmly—and we’ve never waited more than five minutes to be seen. Once in the exam room, the staff immediately get down on the floor to love on our Boxers, making each visit stress-free and even enjoyable for our girls. One of our Boxers requires monthly (and sometimes more frequent) visits so we are at this office a lot. I can honestly say that in all my visits, I’ve never had a single negative experience. Every member of the team is kind, professional, and truly dedicated to the well-being of their patients. Dr Herman’s ability to connect with both pets and their people is rare. His genuine care, thorough attention, and gentle manner are unmatched. I am beyond grateful to have such an incredible veterinary team caring for our beloved Boxers.
