  This place looks cute and has a lot of options, but I was not impressed. For starters, I bought this silicone poop bag holder by Messy Mutts that was priced well but is awful. It cannot do the one thing it's supposed to, which is dispense bags. Clearly they do not test products before selling them in their store, which is a big deal. Also, they have a bunch of treats out and uncovered, collecting germs. When I visited I decided to get a couple (over priced) treats from behind the counter because they at least were covered. Unfortunately the associate did not grab the bag for them before picking them, and she just placed them on the counter (which had not been sanitized) and Then grabbed a bag. One of the treats, a sandwich cookie, broke and ate just threw it the bag, broken. She also did not use have sanitizer before picking up the treats. Good for a look but I won't be back.

  Place is kind of cramped, especially near the dog treat section. You can barely turn around. The selection is limited. They don't offer a rewards program. Customer service was ok, not great. The Pet Barn in Annapolis is 10x better, and the staff is always super friendly. Only went to this one bc I was out this way. Won't be back.
