  We just had them come through for the first time today, so time will tell if their interventions were effective. But I wanted to write this because we have had some waterbugs and millipedes and saw a mouse for the first time yesterday after 5 years of living in the city. We emailed them late last night and had an exterminator at 10 am this morning. Derek was very pleasant and professional. He very quickly identified the most likely entry point for the mouse and sealed it off. He checked every single closet and behind all furniture. He empathized with our fear after seeing a rodent in our home and made us feel much more comfortable after spraying, sealing, and setting traps. We will see if the interventions were sufficient, but as of right now we are very happy with the service and professionalism.

  I've found Pest Pro to be extremely qualified, professional, and responsive in successfully remediating a bed bug infestation. I would recommend their services without hestitation.
