  I was interested in solar for my Naples home. I had already installed in in my Pennsylvania house and had a very good experience. I researched both the solar panel manufacturers and the installers and found both the best panels for Florida and the best installer for all of Florida. They completed everything in good time with no problems. They initiated all of the permit approval process with the county and FPL. It was all done without needing me and without any problems or delays. They are the most professional and complete solar installer I could have asked. I would recommend them without any limitations. I just decided to add to my system with some additional panels and PES was the first call.

  10/10 with PES Solar. My sales rep Michael was very polite and not persistent on making me sign at our first meeting. The process took a little bit of time but I am happy with the look of them on my roof and looking forward to seeing savings on my FPL bill. Big shout out to Brittany for helping me getting the system turned on and helping me understand the connection part. Overall I'm very happy with my experience.

  The process was very simple, and the people were very knowledgeable and explained every step from evaluating how many panels needed to setting up the financing and working with FPL to get it all going. The installers were very efficient and explained everything that had to be done when FPL came with the new meter, and what they had to do in the breaker panel. And when they were finished, they cleaned up all the packing and trash left from the installation. I was very pleased with the whole process from sales to completion.

  Jake is awesome. We had a bit of a glitch with our solar system and I started looking for help from Enphase.....big mistake! After very little help and multiple times being put on hold, I called PES. Jake answered the phone and then walked me through my system issues. I would have given a 5 star with just the first call. Today, Jake called me back to confirm everything was working properly and to check if I was satisfied with his service. This guy needs a fat raise! Thanks PES and Jake for your outstanding technical support and customer service.

  If I could give a minus 10 I would - ONLY because Brooke from this company is harassing me due a firm I filled out online for ANOTHER Solar Co about pricing. I have asked her via text many times to leave me alone and she continues to text me. I will be reporting her & the company. I have texts asking her to stop. When I am ready this is the VERY LAST company I would reach out to. BEWARE
