I joined Personal Level Fitness in August 2017. This is the first time I have ever done any type of weight training (I am 56 years old) and wanted to get into shape and become stronger. Alex and Bernie along with the entire team are welcoming, professional and very helpful. I have a few minor health issues and they are able to customize my workout so I can achieve my goals. I workout 2x per week and enjoy my 45 minutes with the trainer. I am stronger, leaner, and feel so much better! In addition to the workout they also help with nutrition! I really enjoy all aspects of my workout at Personal Level Fitness!!!

Great Place! All the trainers are wonderful and its a nice variet getting to work out with a different trainer each session, keeps going to the gym fun! The individual rooms makes for non intimidating gym sessions and makes coming back easy!

I have been a client of Personal Level Fitness since the beginning of May. My two goals were to lose weight and to gain stamina. At this point I have lost 36 pounds and have decreased my resting heart rate and my heart rate with exertion. The center has a staff of 6 trainers who have their own individual variation of exercises plus a three week rotation of increased or decreased weight and/or increased or decreased repetitions. Therefore, my body is always challenged differently at each session. Nutrition is not an afterthought, and the trainers will check food logs daily and make suggestions of differing foods and recipes. The staff was quick to learn my name, my interests and my weekly and long term goals. The also make it a point to introduce clients to each other. I feel more like a member of a family than a member of a gym. Each of the three work out areas is private so I don't feel like I need to compete or be embarrassed by what I can and can't do. The trainers pushed me to reach my goals but also provided lots of encouragement along the way. Working out at Personal Level Fitness is not inexpensive. It is, on the other hand, a great deal since, with so much personal attention, I have been able to achieve both my weekly and long terms goals.

When I first heard about Personal Level Fitness I could tell it was what I needed to get active. I would have an appointment and someone would be waiting on me. Now going on a year I still am with them and feel that much better month by month. There's more to getting fit than a number on a scale, there's how you make it through your normal tasks without panting, there's how you feel putting on that special outfit that didn't used to fit and most of all the confidence you gain by feeling good about yourself. That's what the crew of trainers at Personal Level Fitness has done for me.

Personal Level Fitness is a fantastic place to get fit, lose weight, and really understand nutrition and implement healthy eating into your lifestyle. The trainers are very experienced and work 1-on-1 with you to create a personalized and customized workout and nutrition plan. It's all about you!! The owners, Alex and Bernie Craig are very nice people and they really do care about the well being of their clients. Highly recommend it!
