  Stopped by this new location after emailing the owner about a specific item and received a reply within 20mins. Met Sally who is outstanding and went above and beyond to help us with our purchases. The store is beautiful, clean and everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Even got to chat with the owner. This was the best “high end” experience we’ve had in a long time. Looking forward to coming back and being long term customers. Highly recommend!

  I visited Persin and Robbin Jewelers last Saturday during the afternoon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The store is beautiful and welcoming, and everyone I spoke with was professional and kind. I had the pleasure of working with Cassandra, who was incredibly helpful and genuine. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to assist me. Cassandra also added me to the list for the Rolex I’m interested in, and I really appreciated how seamless and straightforward the process was. I’m looking forward to hearing from her soon, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend visiting Persin and Robbin Jewelers if you’re considering Rolex or fine jewelry.

  Persin & Robbins staff at Deerpark are incredible. The new Rolex/Tudor store is amazing as well but the staff is stand out. I brought in watch for service (purchased elsewhere) and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I’ve been to all the luxury watch places between Chicago and Milwaukee, actually, as a business traveler I’ve been to many of them in various cities. P&R staff are just next level pros. I’m buying all my future Rolex/ Tudors here. 5 stars simply isn’t enough for this staff. Thank you!
