They were so helpful just on the phone and explained everything that they do with the cleaning aspect, pricing and time I could expect to get it back. They answered every question I had and more. Also when I was there... I realized not only did they take care of rugs and their preservations they had a very huge collections of beautiful rugs for sale. They do know the business of these classic time pieces!!
