  By far, the best jewelry store experience I have ever had. Susan G. And the tire team were highly professional and treated us like family. Susan allowed my daughter to try on several necklaces and explained several features of the pendant. She also gave options to design a custom piece if desired. My family and I will be customers as long as we live in the area. Thank you.

  I brought my engagement ring in to be resized to a size smaller and it was ready within two days! The whole experience was so easy and quick. Huge thanks to the girls who assisted me when dropping off and picking up my ring! Also thank you to the jeweler for getting it done so fast!

  While I waited for my jewelry to be cleaned, I was browsing. Linda Thomas immediately came to me & called me by name.(She had heard my conversation with the repair intake specialist). I told her I was looking for a specific type of necklace and she quickly pulled several possibilities. She assisted me in trying them on and discussed pros & cons of each piece based on the information I had given her. Her insight, knowledge of products, and friendly and professional attitude helped me make the perfect choice. She is one of the many reasons I always shop at Perry's!

  First time I visited Perrys Emporium in Hampstead yesterday. What wonderful customer service I received. I had a broken necklace that I want to wear to my son’s wedding soon. Chelsea did a wonderful job of repairing it in just a few minutes!!! I was so happy! I will definitely visit the store again soon!!!

  Taylor at Perry’s Emporium did an outstanding job helping me design the perfect engagement ring, even though, as a guy, I knew absolutely nothing about rings going in. She was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through every detail from diamond selection to design choices without ever making me feel overwhelmed. Taylor took the time to explain everything clearly, offered great recommendations, and made sure the whole process was easy and enjoyable. The end result was better than I could’ve imagined my fiancée absolutely loves her ring and gets compliments on it constantly. I can’t recommend Taylor enough, she’s excellent at what she does and truly cares about helping her clients create something special.
