- CJChris J.Jul 28, 20251.0I was charged $1300 for diagnosis, capacitor and contactor replacement, and coil cleaning. I have found no online opinions that support this being a reasonable fee. This is not a situation where I was charged more for same-day service; service was scheduled the day after I called, with the tech actually arriving outside of the 4-hour appointment window. The company developed an estimate with an assumption of 2 hours labor. The tech said it wouldn't take that long, so I figured the estimate was a worst case scenario, and I'd be charged less if everything went fine. Be aware: that isn't how it works! The estimate isn't even the bare minimum of what you'll owe, because they add the diagnosis fee as an extra charge on top. I will absolutely update this is if I learn the price was reasonable. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, so I can recommend them in that sense.

How much do you charge for residential services?
On residential calls we charge a $95.00 dispatch fee which covers our travel time and inspection of the problem, we then offer several repair options for you to choose from. For unit replacements we do not charge a fee.
After hours we charge an increased fee to come out if we are closed.
Do you offer service agreements?
Yes, We offer several options based on your needs and desires, we also discount repairs 15% for club members. We also offer promotions throughout the year only for club members.
