    The kindness and love that you receive when you come into this store is unbelievable. Julie is the most wonderful human I’ve ever met, only she can turn something so simple, into something so beautiful that brings you memories and makes you smile.     Communication was excellent - friendly & helpful. While the funeral flowers were not quite the same as the picture for "Green, Lavender, White Funeral Urn", which were supposed to be lavender, white, and soft green, the purple & pinks we got were still very beautiful. And they were delivered just when I requested.

    Their staff would be better utilized for online orders only, where no human contact or social skills are required. The young man taking orders was not very engaged and displayed a less than cordgel attitude. His 30 minute estimated arrangement creation time turned into 1 hour and twenty minutes. If you want sunflowers in the mix, it'll add an additional $15 to your $109 order. Fortunately, the $126 flower arrangement was very pretty. I will probably choose a different florist next time.
