  Terrible service. Have had to make several calls to ask for service and ignored several times. I left a message over a month ago and no return call-no services. I've had to take care of an ant problem myself several times over the last 2 years.

  renewed my termite contract in August 2022, have yet to have an inspection via the contract i signed. Requested a inspection on July 17, and the technician never showed up. I learned he had resigned so, this company has no way of contacting the customeer to let them know and no way of reasigning the work?

  Steve came right away after I called him and told him I had been stung by several wasps. He located their nests right away and gave me piece of mind!!! He is always right on time and very conscientious about his job and customers!!
