- KSKim StoltMay 24, 20255.0My husband and I were on vacation and we’re gonna do a lot of sightseeing in South Dakota. And my knee got so bad I couldn’t even put weight on it. I called for a wheelchair and they were very polite and very helpful. My husband picked up the wheelchair and he said they were very helpful and showed him how to use it. We used the wheelchair quite a few times and it made our trip possible without it. I’m not sure we could have seen the sites we got to see. Thanks
- SKSophia KaskiDec 18, 20241.0Customer service is non existent. Will be told you have to repurchase an item that should have been sized the very first time not told by the worker he knows best and he doesn't need to fit it cause it will fit. It didn't fit. Not even close.
