  Pack rats ate through much of our pool heater. Perfection Pools replaced the heater and installed a metal enclosure that will prevent pack rats from getting in like the old plastic one. They were efficient and the new heater is working very well.

  If you're looking for a pool company who will never answer the phone than perfection pools is for you! If you never want to be able to leave a message because they never answer their voicemails than perfection pools is for you! BUT the biggest reason you should choose perfection pools is because any chance they can find to NOT CLEAN your pool like saying " your dog is in the yard" and leaving a note on your door all WHILE YOU ARE LAYING OUT SUN BATHING NEXT TO YOUR OWN POOL. REALLY??? SO YOU CAN SEE MY DOG BUT NOT ME AND MY 22 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER? YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AND LOOK FOR ANY EXCUSE TO NOT DO THE JOB THEY ARE BEING PAID TO DO! COMMUNICATION STARTS AT THE TOP AND IF YOU WON'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE HOW CAN YOU EXPECT YOUR EMPLOYEES TO USE THEIR WORDS !
