  Always helpful. Extremely knowledgeable. Tried a different store and that made me realize why I always go to Perfection. If you want it done right this is the place.

  I had the good fortune to have Ryan recommended by one of my landscape clients. I asked him to assist me in making a backup system for my nursery and photography business. Since my photography generates terabytes of material, I did not want to use a cloud backup. He installed a sophisticated backup system that allows me to have 1. A backup hard drive internal to the computer in addition to the internal drives already in place 2. A hard drive backup external to the computer on site and 3. A hard drive backup external to the computer off site. With 3 complete backups and one of those kept at another address, my backup is assured. Though it is complex software/hardware it is easy to use and his service has been most helpful. If there's a downside, he's busy and may not be immediately available. However, that is just what I was looking for...a personal relationship with my computer consultant. Not just another client of a squad. And, if you want one consultant who knows you and your system, wouldn't you worry if he/she was never busy? Of course a successful business will be busy. I probably can't install your landscape the day you contact me about a project, we have other clients, but we're worth the short wait. So's Ryan. I think you'll be glad you chose him. Addendum: I had a sudden complete loss of ability to boot my computer (BIOS issue) and Ryan had me bring it in and I was back with my business in contact and working Internet in less than an hour. Inexpensive and great service even when in a time crunch with the business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
