- AAAlmaOct 16, 20252.0The design and installation process was great and occurred in fall of 2023. Unfortunately there has been a reoccurring intermittent issue with the electrical system ever since which should be covered under warranty. Getting a response concerning this issue was difficult but after multiple calls a technician was scheduled to come out and trouble shoot. He made some changes but the issue has happened again and again. A new warranty claim was submitted online but again, the customer service and communication from PMH has been nonexistent. Multiple calls, multiple messages, multiple online submittals.
