I know I owe you money and not the insurance, it's free cleaning instead of harassing me with all the calls and texts to schedule the appointment, you should have told me 1st. I had to pay some of the balance, first. Instead of going there for nothing So I wouldn't have to leave work early. Yes, my fault balance.
