He was able to come in and perform the routine maintenance as anticipated and let me know if any issues that he saw when inspecting the systems. He also informed me of problems that may appear and what to do if the problems presented themselves in between maintenance schedules. So I call perfect to come out because they should be familiar with what was going on. Mr. Logan Fox knew exactly what was going on he took the jumper off that was making the unit run continuously and told me to wait till the thaws and he would be back. He was so nice and personable just a really good guy. Came back out today cleaning the unit and helped me out with everything. I will always use Perfect Climate from here on out! Thank you Logan for all you did!

With the temps rising above 100 degrees and considering i have a 8 year old daughter and pets I panicked. I called atleast 10 24/7 Heating and air companys. None of them could come out tonight. Or this weekend. That's if they answered the phone. Then I called perfect climate! Every was at my house in 10 mins! 10 mins later he had my AC unit fixed! He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was completely upfront about the cost from the start. This single hard working mom is so grateful! I will definitely be calling them again! Call them you wont regret it!
