  My home had gradually heated during the day hitting 78 degrees at 7 PM. I checked the A/C and found the drain pan full of water. Yikes! I immediately called Perdido Heating and Air. Anthony arrived within an hour. He had me up and running in about one hour. Anthony provided maintenance advice and offered a twice of year maintenance program. Of course I signed up to prevent these issues in the future. Thank you Anthony and Perdido Heating and Air!

  Best experience with needing an AC repair I've ever had. After having a company come out and charge $99 to assess the unit and the technician did a very poor assessment. He immediately started pushing the sale of a new unit at $12k. I came across Perdido Heating and Air. It was the most compassionate encounter with the nicest people. First, Vanessa was so kind by answering my call at the Crack of dawn on Friday morning and being prepared to help in any way she could. She helped arrange to get my unit looked at that day. The technician, Ken, was spectacular 👌!! He did not try to upsale me on anything and gave me good options to get my unit back in working order until I can save enough money to replace my old unit. I was so impressed with the workers and this company for their honest and honorable approach that I will NEVER use another company as long as Perdido Heating and Air is in business. You can't get better service than what they displayed. You have a customer for life!

  Perdido Heating and Air (PHA). Tony C. was honest and the neighborly, local approach was definitely a trusty vibe. We contacted them to get our AC units checked due to minor issues. Identified the problem as a simple matter of adding refrigerant, confirmed no leaks and did some heat checks around the house. Problem fixed and house feels cooler. Days before, a DIFFERENT COMPANY quoted us about 10 times more than the work PHA provided for us and even went as far as recommending to replace the entire unit for $11,000 to $12,000. Glad I didn’t fall for that. Put is this way, they charged me more than PHA. And all they did was do a leak check. Highly recommend to contact Perdido Heating and Air first and you’ll get that honest service with them. Thank you!

  I hardly know where to start with this FIVE star review, it’s hard to find the words for a company with this level of integrity. I called at 10:00 on a Tuesday and spoke to Vanessa, who said she would try to get me scheduled that day for a dryer vent booster fan issue, but she wasn’t sure she had anyone. Well, not only did she get me scheduled, but she called me back 5 minutes later with an early afternoon time. Anthony showed up about 30 minutes early for his scheduled appointment time, before we had gotten home, but I left a key so he let himself in and was well underway when I got there about 30 minutes later. I could drag out this review with lots of details about how polite, patient, knowledgeable, punctual, and all-around awesome Anthony was, but I don’t think it’s necessary. Also in addition to Anthony being completely awesome, Vanessa (my new best friend), was extremely helpful every time I called. I continued having some issues with that fan and they have been out several more times in an effort to prevent having to do an expensive replacement, but haven’t charged me more. In short, I don’t have enough time or adjectives to give this company and their awesome employees the high review they deserve, or that people would actually read. Let Perdido Heating and Air be your first and last stop for all things HVAC.
