- LCLightning ConsultingJun 28, 20191.0Calling ahead of time by 1 week, to pre-arrange workers, confirming the day before hand to make sure they are all scheduled to arrive, only to find out the morning of the job, that half of them either called out or are a no show. I guess dealing with these kind of people, you should expect this to happen. The branch management should take more care to ensure that their jobs are filled. Poor customer service, and horrible reliability! STAY FAR AWAY. Use Labor Finders, or General Labor Staffing. They are reliable and always show up to work.
