  Ok this is getting crazy......I'm trying to get my W2 forms online.....and it won't allow me to because it's linked to an old phone that I no longer have. 📲📲..... I try and tell the People Ready office the problem......and they tell me that I have to call ADP to update my information.....when I call ADP.....they tell me I have to contact People Ready. 😳 How am I going to get my W2s if both say they can't update my phone and email info. I can't do it ...only they can..... please help ... .

  Had good and bad with the app/service so far, major issue is it sometimes feels like you get overlooked for certain opportunities, which force you to take opportunities that don't fit your skill set, if the app would allow you to work Where you are Best fitted you could have a better experience.

  The woman in the office is rude and lazy. I've never had such poor customer service from people ready. I order labor all over the country from people ready and this is the first problem I have encountered. Pure lazyness

  Everyone at this location is very friendly an open minded except the little fella that answers the phone by the name of Mike.. every time I call an he answers he always gives this attitude like it’s his time of the month.. I figured I caught him on a bad day a tried called few days later , little man still answers the phone with this sassiness .. an it’s unacceptable an very much unnecessary
