  Zero stars! Very rude, im actually very disappointed and disgusted with how Tuca speaks to me, followed by insalting snarky comments with constant attitude. Thumbs down, to Tuca all the way! I have been disrespected on a consistent bases by this desk job employee that answers the phone. Will not tolerate such disrespect. Im not appreciating that fact there is employee favoritism. There was a job that supposedly had a ticket for one worker. My coworker was offered to sign on to the same assignment. As I was right there with this coworker when Tuca was having the conversation via phone. But Tuca didn't know l had heard this conversation. Lol. Then I called people ready asking if a third person, which would be me, could sign on to this assignment. I was givin a line of bullshit, from Tuca that there is only one person assigned to this ticket. I then confronted him. I asked then why did you ask a second worker to sign on, he then denied this ever being said, which was a lie. I dont roll with conflicting stories or descrimation. Now im not sure what the issue is with this individual, or why they have an unprofessional employee like this working in this office, but i be dammed if im going to be denied opportunities cause people want to act stupid and select favorites. Real immature bullshit. Im here for work, not to aquire brownie points for people pleasing and allowing people to disrespect me.

  Give Tuca the office by himself the other two that’s in the office need to be somewhere else. We love you, Tuca. Cause I had to roll up on that lady for hanging up on me one day

  When you're dealing with the right person you'll definitely get help you need. Out of everyone in that office. I would highly recommend Touke as the go to person for help. If he's still there. Hasnt been one single time thay Touke hasnt been able to help. I called and I speak anyone else that works at that office. It's always sarcasm and you can literally tell by the tone in their voice every time without fail. You're not about to get nowhere talking to them.
