  Just moved to the area from Olympia. Love the staff and the people I work with at this company. I've been with people ready for over a year and transferred from the olympia branch. Says a lot about a temp agency when I move to another county and still pick them. And thank you to the wonderful lady today that emailed me some information!

  App Confusion and Missed Opportunity I accepted a job on the PeopleReady app and wasn’t notified that it had been canceled because someone else had already taken it. The next day, I got a voicemail asking if I could take the job after all—the original worker had called out. I called back as soon as possible, but the job had already been given to someone else. This experience was frustrating and disorganized. If a job has already been claimed, it shouldn't still appear on the app—it creates confusion and sets people up for disappointment. PeopleReady needs better real-time updates and communication tools that respect workers’ time and effort.

  Ease of access and friendly, professional employees are two of the reasons this is my go to branch for my temp. needs. I can't think of a tme when I called and didn't get a person on the line to resolve whatever issue I may have had. When I have had to visit the branch it's clean, organized and staffed with competent people that are ready to help.
