  It may be good for people who have construction experience or fork lift certification but for me, not good so far. If it changes I'll change my review. I applied over a month ago and still haven't worked 1 single job. I requested 3 so far and people ready cancelled all 3 saying that I don't meet the requirements. However I did meet the requirements. I have passed a cheek swab drug screening as well as 2 different level background checks. I also turned in my certifications like food handling, basic life saver, mixologist permit, and flaggers certification. I called to tell the lacey location that they are mistakenly canceling my work requests to which I was told that I have to call every single time for them to approve every job I request to get those approved. That, I know, is not correct. They should just be able to put in the system that I completed those things and that's it. They also said that I have to call different people ready locations and let them know that I already completed the requirements. That doesn't make sense because why would they just take my word for it? That seems like something that people ready would have to verify. I also informed people ready that most of the positions don't become available until last minute about 3am the day of to be exact. So how am I supposed to get approved when people ready don't open til later in the morning? "That's the way it is unfortunately" is what I was told by the employee. Basically saying you're out of luck because they're not going to fix anything. Also there are very few work assignments available. I am located in Lacey, WA and the only jobs available on the app are in Seattle, Monroe, or the other side of gig harbor. The few closer ones that I requested were the ones people ready cancelled.

  As a whole I would not recommend people ready, its quite the headache, frequently get paid late, have to keep after them to get paid on time, work is very sporadic, at several rude employees you pretty much have to deal with. Not much employee appreciation either.

  It's hard to want to go to work somewhere when the office employees are making very rude comments about all their employees. Very Rude and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable there. I will not be back!
