We filled up when it was time to return, the fuel gage didn’t move to show it was full, so my husband got a video where you can see the fuel when you open the tank for proof that it was indeed full. Dropped it off and the lady at the front desk in Winter Haven, FL was drugged out and it seemed so sketchy. We called customer service the next day. Sent them the video and they said it was still not full. We were charged $175 for nothing! So for 3 days we paid $623 for one-way. That’s so ridiculous!!! NEVER AGAIN!! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.
