Luckily we took a time stamped picture, they were trying to charge us for a whole tank when it didn't have one. I would inspect super meticulously they are trying to rip people off in here. We will use uhaul from now on.
- LDL DuncanMar 31, 20221.0If you want to rent from Penske go to a official Penske location this Penske is a home Depot location and they are terrible I reserved and paid for my rental truck a whole week before my moving date got to this location and they had me waiting a whole hour for a paperwork mistake made on their part I had the email receipt showing proof of payment the truck was DIRTY & I got all the way to my apartment to discover the two Dolly's I ordered and paid for wasn't on the truck so I had to double back and pick those up made my moving experience the WORST EVER. If it were possible to give NO STARS I would. Do not rent a truck from this location if you want your move to be smooth all they did was add to my stress knowing I was moving to another state. I will go to another company after this experience never again they ruined it for me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED GO TO A OFFICAL PENSKE LOCATION.
