  I fell inside the store. I still have yet to hear from the District Manager. The step down inside the store is hard to see on a regular day. With a mask on it's even harder. My rental went fine other than I could have maybe saved myself $200 if I dropped somewhere closer to my destination. It was never suggested.

  Make sure you get a contract with unlimited miles. You may have to return the truck to a different location but since they have so many local choice it shouldn't be a problem. Also some auto insurance policies cover rental vehicles example State Farm, check first, you save alot of money for having your own insurance.

  The crew at the Charlotte airport facility went above and beyond to assist us in making sure we were on our way with a new truck within 20 minutes after we were stranded.

  For our move to the west coast, got a 26' Penske truck through this location and was very pleased with the professional service provided by the staff. We had several questions regarding one-way rentals, including how to tow our car behind the Penske, all were answered. They were efficient, thorough, clear with the policies and insurance requirements. Would totally recommend this facility (and Penske) to anyone needing a truck for relocation.
